Sunflower ‘Big Smile’

Sunflowers are easy to grow and quick to flower making them ideal edible flowers for the impatient or inexperienced gardener. They may be grown in flower beds or containers and their cheery bright flower heads make a welcome addition to any garden or patio. ‘Big Smile’ is a dwarf variety, ideal for smaller gardens and has bright golden yellow faced flowers with black centres.  The petals, flower buds and seeds are all edible and can be used in wide variety of foods including breads, pasta dishes, syrups and muffins.
